The Good News

We will all stand before the judgment seat of Christ, whether you are good or bad, Christian or non-Christian.

The word of God says the following:

2 CORINTHIANS 5:10 9 (AMP)

For we must all appear and be revealed as we are before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive [his pay] according to what He has done in the body, whether good or evil [considering what His purpose and motive have been, and what He has achieved, been busy with, and given himself and his attention to accomplishing].

Our spirit will live on forever after we die on earth. There are only two (2) places that ones spirit will go. Heaven or Hell. God has a plan for all of us, but it's up to the person if they accept Jesus or not, for God does not make anyone choose. If you do choose Jesus, this is what God says:

JEREMIAH 29:11 (AMP): For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to give you hope in your final outcome.

God wants all of us to go to heaven, but on the other hand, for the ones that follow satan, or the ones that don't accept Jesus, God also has a place for them as well. The word of God says:

2 PETER 2:2-4 (AMP): And many will follow their immoral ways and lascivious doings; because of them the true way will be maligned and defamed. And in their covetousness (lust, greed) they will exploit you with false (cunning) arguments. From of old the sentence [of condemnation] for them has not been idle; their destruction (eternal misery) has not been asleep. For God did not [even] spare angels that sinned, but cast them into hell, delivering them to be kept there in pits of gloom till the judgment and their doom.

MATTHEW 10:28 (AMP): And do not be afraid of those who kill the body, but cannot kill the soul; but rather be afraid of Him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

God has the last say so! Don't fear people, fear (high reverence, understanding God's authority, holiness and deep love for mankind) God.

ROMANS 14:11 (AMP): For it is written, as I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God [acknowledge Him to His honor and to His praise].

Satan and all the angles that followed him, their place is hell, and satan wants to take as many people with him as he can. That's why he makes lust and greed so good. Is lust and greed worth the cost of eternity? Without God's presence, Hell is the place that he has for people who have not accepted Jesus. Let's take a look at what the word of God says about Hell.

REVELATION 14:11 (AMP): And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no respite (no pause, no intermission, not rest, no peace) day or night - these who pay homage to the beast and to his image and whoever receives the stamp of his name upon him.

Think of a person working with a hammer, and they smash their finger full force with the hammer, how would that feel; they would feel torment to that finger with no pause, no intermission. Think about a person being so tired from work and they could not go to sleep after working two (2) jobs, and all that person wants to do is sleep (rest), but they are unable to. Well that is a description of Hell, where there is no sleep, no rest, no peace.

Think about people being in torment; all the screams from pain, night and day, no pause, no intermission, no peace, forever and ever. Also, in hell, people will have no strength (a mere shadow). The word says the following:

PSALM 88:4 (AMP): I am counted among those who go down into the pit (the grave); I am like a man who has no help or strength [a mere shadow].

By having God's presence, and by having Jesus, it is a comfort and a blessing because without God, we would not have life. God is the reason that we are able to wake up every morning; the reason that we are able to do all that we do. Yet people do not understand all the little things that we have. Many take for granted the presence of God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit, who it is that allows us to get rest when we sleep, and makes the impossible, possible.

ACTS 17:28 (AMP): For in Him we live and move and have our being; as even some of your [own] poets have said, for we are also his offspring.

Think about how good it feels when you are able to rest your body and have peace when you sleep. Not only that, you're able to wake up the next morning, due to no ability of your own. These are the little things taken for granted that God gives to the just and the unjust; the believer in Jesus, and the non-believer. So take the time to look at the things that God has given us due to having His presence in the earth. Without God there is no joy, no light, no life, no love. The Good News that Jesus came to earth to share is that Hell does not have to be your eternal home, you have a choice.
